I have been looking for the same but the most I found is they would consider reducing some courses but definitely not give you masters degree as an equivalent ! Saving Changes...

The issues with that, and the reason I don't believe it exists (at quality universities) is because most masters degrees have a research methods component followed by a thesis/dissertation which has nothing to do with the PMP qualification. I have heard of masters degrees with project management subjects allowing 1 or 2 subjects to be exempted, but not the rest of the subjects. I got into a Masters degree in project management in the UK (but didn't pursue it because they stopped the distance learning option). Out of all the 8 subjects + research methods + dissertation, they only exempted 2 subjects, which was Introduction to Project Management and can't remember the other one, so that left 6 subjects + research methods + dissertation. And I had a PMP, and several other project management qualifications and decades in the industry. In summary, your best is to search for masters that allow some kind of subject exemptions.

This is an opportunity in waiting for the right university or college to implement.
I've no primary degree, I've a L6 qualification in my 'trade' - Horticulture which contributed to my career developing in project management over the past 25+ years. I've been self employed and with family and commitments now unable to follow a degree program.
The best I seem to be able to find are online project management certificates and obviously PMP.
There has to be a course provider who can recognise a person's work experience and knowledge as contributing to the entry criteria to a MSc program?!
As we all know a career in project management is a continual learning process, being the best in your field comes from experience not from theory. I'd love to hear others opinions on this. Saving Changes...
