was Reviewing about PMI-ACP and ScrumMaster , from what i got , the agile practice is more likely to be useful in the software, development environments or projects , while in the same time some resources mentioning the opposites ,i will appreciate it if i can get more explanation from a certified or real environment experienced for this topic. I am PMI-ACP and we use Scrum to create non-software products in my actual work place. BUT unfortunatelly the certifications are focused on software. I hope it will change in the future.
Thanks a lot Sergio for making the picture more clear to me.
would you recommend it for me if my project styles are long term projects such as Data and infrastructure installations with lots of procurement ,change management and Risk management,..etc ?

I will write what I do each time I start the endevour to get a new certification. I make my own estimation about future market demands. Because it is an estimation is based on available information and time to estimate. Then, it will have an amount of inherent error. Then, I got PMP, PMI-ACP and PMI-PBA certifications. If you ask me, you do not need a certification to manage projects with the characteristics you stated. You need to be as good as you can in managing those characteristics. But again, to have one is a matter of market. For example, if you are working for Europe, PRNICE2 certification is more requested than PMP. Hole this answer helps you. If not let me know.
Agile is not exclusively for software development, but it strongly favors software development and is much more common than in other industries. The Agile values and principles we often cite come from a document titled "Manifesto for Agile Software Development." It's still pretty exciting to find an Agile environment outside of IT.
that was helpful and great to know , thanks a a lot Wade . Saving Changes...
Kiron is definitely Spot-On. I am in Real Estate Development and we use Agile or Agile-Waterfall hybrid.
Thanks Rami , it was great to get your helpful feedback for my question.
