In addition to everything above, I have always found it useful to read materials around different methodologies. For instance, if you follow scrum in your daily work, also read about Kanban, XP and definitely do not give up waterfall yet! You might find practices in these different toolkits that you can also practice in your daily work. Practicing those solutions will make you a better PM/PgM/SM :)
