You can always self-declare the PDUs

Per the PDU FAQs:

How long does it take for a PDU to reflect on my Continuing Certification Requirements transcript?

Auto-reported Education PDUs (formerly category A) are batch reported to PMI at least once per day (each business day), but please allow 7-10 business days processing time.

Yes, Cindy is right. It could take somewhere from 5 - 10 business days. However, if you did not receive them soon then before you self report them, contact PMI to make sure you won’t double the efforts.

Thank you, Rami. I wasn't questioning the process. I was providing feedback to Behrouz's concern.

Cindy: I know you were providing feedback to Behrouz and I actually was agreeing with your feedback and elaborating more to Behrouz :-)

I never mentioned or thought you are questioning the process.

I believe ...previously PDUs from online conferences could take up to 3 weeks.

In any case, it wouldn't hurt to contact PMI.

Depending on how many people attended a conference and how quickly they can pull together the information, it can take anywhere from 1 day to several weeks.

There are only 2 things you can do:
- Wait patently
- Go on to PMI and enter yourself. If you enter properly, there will be no duplicates.

I am not known for my patience, so I often enter them myself. I only had a duplicate once because I did not enter the proper information. I was able to quickly remove the duplicate.

In my experience they have arrived within 48 hours, but there may be other factors influencing delay (ie. service interruption, number of PDU requests, processing).

Hi everyone! Due to the member-only Organizational Agility event which was held on 12 September, our PDU batch queue is currently back logged with PDUs from the event. Your PDUs were recorded to your ProjectManagement.com account and are currently in the batch queue. We ask that you please allow 7-10 business days processing time as delays like this do occasionally occur. Please do not self-report the PDUs unless instructed to do so as self-reporting may cause a duplicate claim to be created. If you do not see the PDUs processed by that time, please feel free to reach out to [email protected]. Thank you!
