A newbie here, and unfortunately I failed the exam last week. I would like to gain assistance to all the senior members of this community in understanding the “exam analysis” domain performance provided. That would help me direct my preparation to re-exam. Thank you in advance. Saving Changes...
Practice, Practice, Practice with a community of ppl or individually. Time goes by fast. Bootcams are good-it gives you a refresher of everything. Answer the question as the best solution for the overall PMP community, don't compare to situations in your personal career. I passed the exam the second time. Don't get discourage!

Don't be disappointed, keep studying and do lots of mock exams. Concentrate on those areas where you scored less and try to work on it.
The exam analysis will help you understand the specific tasks where you need to focus your studying efforts for your second attempt. Depending on the quality of the practice exam sites you use, you might be able to use that info to help narrow down the questions you'd practice on.
Don't be disappointed. You have seen the real exam, now it's time to note it down where you need extra effort, the area where you need to really work on. Practice Practice Practice as mentioned above. Saving Changes...

You must practice thousand questions not less than 3000 question, and learn your mistakes by writing the important notes to learn your gap of knowledge.
The best websites are PMSTUDY, PMPRECAST & Udemy!!!
All the questions that you see in the exam are grouped into domains and tasks. If you aren't aware of the PMI's PMP exam content PDF, please download it and take a look at the domains, tasks and skills listed which you need to be aware. The exam is not completely based on PMBOK guide.
The questions presented are based on the task information you see in the exam content. They are scored as low, high and probably medium. Based on how you score on each domain you see breakdown of performance value - needs improvement, below target, target and above target. The final score is algorithm based. If you score target and above target in most domains you might pass. Otherwise there are chances you might fail.
Now the score that you see in your result are the areas that you have to improve on. Looks at the domains that you have scored less and map them to the knowledge areas that need to work on. Use the exam content as a high level guide to figure out what you have to study. Read the PMBOK, Rita’s PMP book and any other books that is available to you. Practice lot of questions in a time bound setting and when you are confident enough and score highly re-take the exam. All the best! Saving Changes...
