What are the major considerations we need to take, when moving from Agile to Scaled Agile?

The first consideration is: the organization has implement Agile in the wrong way then because of that they are considering to scalate. Taking into account that start from an enterprise analysis to understand the impacts. Just to comment, I am in charge to implement SAFe in my actual work place.

Sergio, nice thoughts! We started our journey with Scrum and Kanban. Then moved to Scaled Agile (SAFe).
