What was something you wish someone would have told you at your first Project Management Job? I am currently scheduled to take my CAPM, and looking for guidance on the next step to grow and learn. Also interested in favorite book, website, blog, etc. Anything that has helped you along the way. Saving Changes...

Congrats on your CAPM Rachel! I would say the biggest lesson is learning how to learn. It' a bit meta, but given that the tech landscape is changing so quickly, being able to learn on the go is critical!

My advise: learn to manage people, learn tools to influence stakeholders and perform projects with small duration no more than nine months specially if you are working on public sector (potiltical factor allways change plans)
