What is the difference between a coach, mentor, teacher, trainer and facilitator?

Agile coaches need to wear different hats based on the situation. Just to know the difference between coach, mentor, teacher, trainer and facilitator.

A coach is actively or virtually present with those they are assisting to learn. A mentor may or may not be present at all, and may not even know they are a mentor.
