Looking for a few early adopters of a new staff feedback platform focused on helping improve project success.

The failure rate of projects and change management, whether technological, organizational or process, was 50-75% when I first started working in 1980. And, even with better tools, better training, and better frameworks for project management, that success rate remains UNCHANGED!

Why? Because while all of those improvements are great, it's all about the people - and always has been. Listening to them before you start the project to confirm the goals and approach, during the project, and then after implementation. Yet we still don't focus on what the people have to say, believing they will gripe about any change - which is true - but that gripping also often tells us what we should be paying attention to and addressing.

The Quantum Barometer combines a structured approach of Goals you define per initiative, with an ability for all involved to provide real-time continuous feedback, including spot notifications for great performance as well as improvement opportunities, so that you can see both the positive and negative before it's reflected in your project tracking systems. Correct problems early and quickly, before they become engrained and far more costly.

Looking for some early adopters who champion staff feedback as a solution, not a problem.

I’m happy to sign up for that!
That's great Lenka. If you have time tomorrow from 10AM - 3:30PM we can have a quick chat, or if not let me know if you have time next week any day but Monday. My best, Mike
