This year has been an exceptional professional development year for me. Ive developed a lot in so many areas and field. Our company supports this kind of growth and I am still trying to pursue a few more things prior to closing this year.

Ive worked on some challenging jobs with challenging clients and learned a lot too. Life is a long lesson ... This all keeps me excited: The learning, The Networking and the fact that everyday is a different day.

I love my work because it is in my area where I can show strength points and address weaknesses and I can introduce and apply some points of development and added to it and most importantly that my job as a manager of personnel and this post is practical and human and so I am a volunteer in charity associations to train people with special needs two days a week

What's exciting about my work is that I am the first project manager they have ever hired so I am able to educate everyone on the team about the tools we'll be using. I'm also back in an industry that is near and dear to my heart and I'm working with a team of cancer researchers who are looking at treatments at a genetic level so that gets me excited every day of what they might find!

I don't know about others, but for me just the chance to practice Project Management again is exciting me. I was out of work for over two years, and until recently I was working as an entry-level Service Desk analyst. Thankfully, my supervisor, along with the Director of the Service Desk were aware of my background and experience and recommended me for the opportunity that I have recently started. This opportunity is allowing me to work in more of an Agile environment and gives me the chance to apply my Agile training to real-life situations.
Congrats Glenn!!

I involved myself as volunteer for NGO to lead development of Women’s Empowerment Program. It was exciting experience, I met so many interesting people and I learned new skills, I’m very grateful for this project!
