Hi everyone, I think that a project manager must do activities founded in roles like team members and sponsor. That is executing activities to reduce uncertainty in the organization through effective comunication and acting as a major stakeholder on enterprise change management process, obtainig support from principal managers

To deliver the CHANGE that has been adapted (integrated with organization's strategy and business value) and ensure the intended values are on track to be delivered operationally over time.

"Of course PM will get always a resistance from some (team, stakeholder) as they do not like to change. Therefore key stakeholders,sponsor and PMs should share/clarify the purpose of change management by top-down structure to encourage those who afraid from the the change management/future"

PM is a part of CCB to approve, reject delay of all changes and he is responsible to manage changes as per change management plan procedures!!!
