Is there any metrics for measuring agile process implementation for construction project delivery

Construction Industry has not yet adopted any agile practices and if so it adopts is any any metrics to measure its performance?

At least some companies in nearly all industries have tried to adopt agile values and principles and to adapt specific practices.

Exploring key areas of engineering uncertainty as early as possible is a good practice in construction as you wouldn't want to complete almost all the work only to find there were fundamental safety, reliability or performance issues.

Many of the same metrics used for software development could be adapted for other industries: value delivered as a function of cost, team and customer satisfaction, defect trends and counts and so on.

Malla, maybe what you've mentioned is not very precise. The construction industry has adopted agile practicies. Besides what Kiron mentioned, Ive been working in the construction industry for over 15 years now and we do implement and adopt agile principles and value but as a hybrid model (Agile-Waterfall) because it works best.

What I haven't seen is pure Agile in a construction project. Not sure if it will work due to the nature of the construction projects.
