Once all plans are in place, I prefer to lead by walking around, physically and virtually. It's all about communication now. Being seen, show that you care, read your environment and listen.

Great POVs here, am tilting towards Andrew, we are all very unpredictable so I think it's difficult to always be able to predict how to lead, the leadership style should come with the situation.
