The PMP process terminology is different from say Prince2. Where would be the best place to download templates to show the Project Management process.

Richard, Which process are you looking for? I gained a lot of my knowledge from a company called PM-Prolearn. The team over there has a great program with great slideshows breaking out each process. The PMBOK would be the best direct source information on terminology and processes though.

PMBOK6th Ed is the new version which used to be issue by PMI
(This new version was issued on 6th Sep-2017) and you can prepared yourself to take the famous certificate (PMP).

PRINCE2 (an acronym for PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a de facto process-based method for effective project management. Used extensively by the UK Government.

Thank you. I tend to learn well when I have flow charts. Is there any available to down load?

I have spent the majority of my life as a construction or yard manger in the oil and gas industry. I guess you could categorize me as a product delivery manager and I do find the learning challenging but interesting. Any advise will be welcome..
