Could you please rephrase your question? It is too open. I believe you need to make it a little bit clearer than what it is.

Solved by Problem Solving ? How else would you solve things ? Your question is vague and not clear. I agree with Abolfazl, it is probably best if you re-phrase your question.

Tamer,

I think you are asking about the steps for solving problem:-
It is called (IDEAL)(5-steps):-

1- Identify
2-Define/Analyse
3-Explore
4-Action
5-Look back/review

The PMBOK 6th Ed defined it a:-
-Define the problem
-Identify the root cause.
-Generate the possible solution
-Choosing the best solution
-Implement the solution
-Verify and review.

All most the same.

Hi Tamer,

I understood.

I am using the collaboration(problem solving) technique which let me openly discus the difference between two parties and reach to consensus. it is (WIN-WIN).

However some times I use the compromise(reconciling -LOSE-LOSE) once for satisfy both parties and for continues the business.

Withdrawing and forcing is rarely used as (it does not solve any conflict and not Humble.

BR,
Mansour
