Bert -

You might want to specify if this is for Miami-based positions or at other locations. I'd echo Tamer's feedback - most PMI chapters do have one or more volunteers focusing on career placement so those would likely be able to give you some good referrals.

Larry, good point. The candidate would work in Bradenton FL so if the consulting firm is located outside of Bradenton, I'm ok with that, so as long as they have resources near me. I will continue the chapter search though! Thanks Larry!

You should consider whether project management is a skill you can afford to outsource. While I can see adding project managers to an existing project office, you might want to reconsider using a project manager to lead your company's projects.

Stephane - the PM will only engage in managing retail based projects, not leading all engagements within the company.

Stephane, to elaborate further, these projects the PM would be managing are tactical in nature and would be a potential to hire full-time. Just running short on resources and this is the path we want to take in the short term.

Bert - good evening. If I could ask, are you looking for a firm that has multiple PMs available or a staffing firm that can find you quality PMs?
