Are there any other spheres where PM can work appart IT and construction?

Hi everyone,

I just started my Post Degree Diploma in Project Management and realized that 90% of jobs, class discussions and examples are about IT, construction or engineering.
Unfortunately, I do not have knowledge, expertise and interest in any of those. Is there still a chance I can apply my future diploma in some other spheres?

Marketing. Bigger companies may have Marketing Project Managers. There may still be some interaction with IT, but you're not expected to know as much about it.

It applies just about anywhere you have projects of significant scope and duration. Search google for project management case studies and you can find many examples relating to different subject matter.
