What Visual Management Tools can be used to capture and oversee critical project elements?

In the past I have used SharePoint as the radiator, supported by MS Project. Currently using JIRA, supported by JIRA :)

We used Power BI Dashboards displayed on a large TV screen to complement other methods. The system had inputs from data contained in Jira, Project Server and Excel spreadsheets.

Mind Mapping Tool

can be greatly implemented with Sharepoint to support real-time view and management by even globalized project teams.

Mind Manager would be my choice here ... ;)

Visual tools and cues can be as simple as an Obeya board laid out on paper/whiteboard or as complex as a "digital twin" which provides a real time view of the situation and can have analysis and predictive capabilities.
