It provides a breakdown of how the PMO was structured. In this organization I had roughly 60 projects in the portfolio (various sizes) and 10-12 dedicated PMs directly reporting into the PMO for PM direction. This organization worked with 80 different developers and technical architects to deliver the projects. This PMO sat at an organizational level but reported to another Enterprise PMO office.
In another organization, we have roughly 30 projects with 25 IT team members. 12-15 are dedicated PMs. This PMO also sits at an organizational level and reports to an enterprise level PMO.
