Can someone list all benefits of PMI membership?

I'm a member already and I dont gain a regular updates of PDUs for the past 6 months of viewing premier Webinars.
When asking the 'Live Chat' for help, it replied with over 20 times "We are experiencing a high chat volume and will be with you momentarily." in 8 mins.
Now, im thinking if I should renew my membership.
The Webinars is really good i want to say. Those free PDUs dont really update for you. Disappointed with this service.

Edwin, I don't know where are you looking well we all get the free pdu here and it updated automatically you need to login here with your PMI membership
