What tool can be used to measure project growth?

project growth measurement often neglected but it should be part of the PMO work to look at project growth.

I can throw few if you have tailored those tools to apply it to the project growth then please share your experience.

1. Duane postulate
2. Crow AMSAA
3. Mont Carlo Simulation can also be used

Can you clarify what you mean by project growth? Are you referring to growth in one or more of the constraints of the project (e.g. volume of requirements, budget, duration, peak team size)?
