GB project for a scheduler.. any idea?

I am looking for a six sigma project for my Green Belt certification. Could you please suggest me any improvement area idea or project in scheduling side.

I would like to do my sigma project in my work related to a Project scheduler.

Any idea or suggestion would be a help.

I would suggest that you check out ASQ if you have not already. There may be an international organization of similar ilk but they are the home of Six Sigma in the US. (www.asq.org)
