1. Other than specific project links/documents what else would you want to include?
2. For users to access a ‘Project Site’ created from MS Project it requires a license. What workarounds have you found work best? Saving Changes...

for #2: in my previous org the MS Project web app did the trick. a few ppl had licences who had admin access, and through the webapp users could add tasks, modify, pull from existing resources, etc.

Maybe outside the MS Project license but have you checked on the PM site templates that come with SHP? they are at no cost Saving Changes...
