What was your longest project?

It is always preferred to have a short time frame for project but sometimes and some projects takes more than a year

4 years for big projects. It consists 6 high-rises, 4 low-rises, 12 town houses and one business center. I learned many things and earned a lot experience!!!
Tamer, yes I was expecting construction projects might take longer

3 years due to frequently changes in strategy for country office setup because changes in Top Management.

Yes Andrew but I found it 5 years very long.

My personal life. The problem is the uncertainty about the end date......Because Pope Francisco is Argentinian I will try to meet God to talk about that. He is the Key Stakeholder.
WOW Sergio you made us habitual to hear a philosophical answers that would be an anthropological project. you have a good point here at least he is the first non-European pontiff of the modern era.

4 Years - It was the biggest live natural gas plant - There workforce reached 30,000 K in that specific project.
Rami, good point that plant takes longer time, I was wondering construction project like Burj Khaleefa how many years took to construct and how many project manager worked on it

Vincent, I guess when it is 4 or 5 years would looks like a Function Manager but I guess there are projects which takes longer time to complete.
