What was your longest project?

It is always preferred to have a short time frame for project but sometimes and some projects takes more than a year

Haha yes that is an understatement. It is one thing to work on a long project (very few of mine were shorter than 1 year, average 2.5 years), but something else when you are doing so because of bad management. It becomes a daily struggle just to keep the morale going.

Haha yes that is an understatement. It is one thing to work on a long project (very few of mine were shorter than 1 year, average 2.5 years), but something else when you are doing so because of bad management. It becomes a daily struggle just to keep the morale going.

4 years for big projects. It consists 6 high-rises, 4 low-rises, 12 town houses and one business center. I learned many things and earned a lot experience!!!

Projects typically run from 6-months in previous engagements to 5-years for full transformation projects.

4 Years - It was the biggest live natural gas plant - There workforce reached 30,000 K in that specific project.

Rami, good point that plant takes longer time, I was wondering construction project like Burj Khaleefa how many years took to construct and how many project manager worked on it
