Considering your 2019 New Years Resolutions - what are your goals in Professional/Personal Goals? Are you set towards obtaining Professional Designations/Career Advancement/Personal Growth?
I know the "destination" is often the hardest part of setting goals - with the challenge that "we don't know we're going to do next" or "what we want to do".
At the same time your destination is critical and also the most important piece.
As you move forward and consider your goals & conversations - remember 3 things:
1) Why am I here?
2) What do I want to accomplish?
3) What am I excited about?
