I need help finding Planning and Scheduling Software that can schedule customer jobs on 3 parameters (Duration of Time, Machines, and Engineers).

I require the software to schedule our engineer's day to day schedules on customer jobs. We schedule the engineers on machines for a certain duration of time. We do not hold a 1 to 1 ratio of machine and engineer, that is why it is considered to be 3 parameters rather than 2. Additionally, I must be able to schedule jobs that last for as little as 15 minutes.

We work similarly to a job shop, however, we do not make anything, we provide inspection services and our product is data.
