Your Manager, or one of your team member may confront you with few real points about your behavior or attitude what would be your immediate action will you take it and admit it or insist to push back stubbornly.

Having people tell you something you might not want to hear is not always easy, especially if you are oblivious to the fact, as most of us are. But it is important not to react aggressively because it will probably enforce what they are saying. How you react to this type of criticism is an indication of your EQ It does not mean you have to admit something that you feel is not true, it might be a matter of perception, but it does mean that you need to consider that it might be true. Personally I would ask why they feel that way. What do I do, or say that creates the impression they have.

Depends on how the message is delivered. It takes skill and empathy to provide constructive feedback in such a way that the recipient won't feel attacked. If the feedback is too general for example, the recipient may very likely become defensive.

We are all human and only a very few of us are humble enough to not have any reaction to negative feedback but this is a good area of personal development for many!

I find being goal-oriented helps me overcome most issues I might have with accepting negative feedback. I want to be the best I can, so this helps me regard any feedback that advances my goal as beneficial, regardless of how it's delivered. Even if I don't agree with the feedback I can accept it as something others might believe, and make the appropriate adjustments to accommodate them (this is usually the case when people give feedback about subjective things like behavior or attitude).

I would really appreciate any feedback, since I believe that it’s a key part of my professional growth and, with good intentions, it can be extremely valuable for my career. Like Eric mentioned, I can make adjustments to accommodate others view point even if I don't agree.

Anish, there are few exercises to help empower patience like fasting from food and drinks and also training on emotional intelligence would help a positive gain & control.
