I am trying to find a tool to help me document my work experience in preparation for applying for the PMP certification exam. Does anyone have a template they would be willing to share?

Do a search online for "PMP Application Assistant" - that's an Excel workbook I've recommended to a lot of the folks I've taught and they've found it useful.
