As a PMP, you accumulate a lot of projects over time. Nobody wants to read your whole life story when hiring, so how do you manage the highlights when you tell your story in a resume?

I get that. I try to keep my resume to 2 pages. As you accumulate more experience and try to keep the record to the same 2 pages (I'm now at 20 years;-), it becomes harder to decide what to keep.

I actually have a separate 'project showcase' document that I use to highlight projects I have worked on.

I usually just put the relevant experience for the job I'm seeking on my resumee. Once you get to the next step in the recruitment proccess then bringing a project show case document , as Anton above, can be a good idea.

Achievements are normally recorded in Annual appraisal. The same may be used to articulate/orchestrate on once achievements in resume

Its good to show a few successful projects, and then a failing one that you were able to turn around.

Good advice thus far.
I have a summary statement followed by recent relevant work, each with a summary and 3 bullets with accomplishments/achievements/etc. Also, have a section for highlighting recent projects, then a section for designations/education to finish it off.

Testimonials from sponsors and/or team members also help...

Having PMP is good to have credential. However in today’s disruptive world, PM is looked at elevating the role ones role that advocates for the technology, motivates teams to implement, supervises course corrections, and becomes an authority on disruptive technologies.
So certainly any of these would highlight you summary section… just my two cents.

Personally tried to do it 2 pages but no success. I kept it 4 but brief. However, like a Anton mentiined, I have another one that showcases each project separately.
