I'd like to reflect on experience:
If you you have the time and freedom you shall try and experience different methods to understand they pro's and con's. If you only read from the books you'll tend to pick the alleged raisins and cook your own method too early.

AgilePM features a questionnaire called as PAQ (Project Approach Questionnaire) the responses to which will help define if your project can use an Agile approach or is it better off being a Waterfall project
