There is a construction extension to the PMBOK that would be of assistance in the absence of any shortcomings in the PMBOK regarding construction projects.
I don't know that there is a single process which is not utilized on at least one type of construction project as the PMBOK was first based on large, capital-intensive projects.
Having said that, there could certainly be some ITTO's which might not be relevant to a construction project.

I totally agree with Kiron. Construction Projects are no different than other projects and for each project / industry, you need to tailor the processes to suit your project needs. Saving Changes...
"This planet has - or rather had - a problem, which was this: most of the people living on it were unhappy for pretty much of the time. Many solutions were suggested for this problem, but most of these were largely concerned with the movements of small green pieces of paper, which is odd because on the whole it wasn't the small green pieces of paper that were unhappy."
