Every time I go onto YouTube I get the add of Monday.com. First refection is how YouTube knows that I am Project Manager and that I could be potentially interested in that tool. Scary.
Aside from this, has anyone worked with it? How does it compare to its peers? Saving Changes...

It's simple. YouTube is owned by Google. If you've done any kind of search on Google, it remembers. If you use the Chrome browser to log into PMI or this site, that tells Google (and YouTube) that you're a Project Manager. Even if you don't use Chrome, many sites (including this one) use Google Adwords or Doubleclick (also owned by Google) to show ads and track site visitors. The amount of data that Google, Microsoft, and their partners have on us is truly staggering. Think of it like we've been paying for content with our data instead of with money.
As for monday.com, I haven't heard of it so I can't answer that question. Saving Changes...
