Hi all,
which are, in your opinion, the most important items to be highlighted in the project business case to help the go/no go decision?
Thanks,

Thanks for all the valuable insights.

Kind regards,

The driver is: "each person must feel more rich with the solution than without the solution" where "rich" it does not mean more money only. The "art" is to understand your stakeholders, mainly those that will decide about the investment.

Hi Roberto, risk of not undertaking the project. Risk the organisation may face if it chooses not to undertake the project. I felt this is important, while other points are already mentioned.

Whenever you need to make a business decision, invariably you have to weigh one choice against another. Sometimes, the choice is between Project A and Project B, and sometimes the choice is between Project A and doing nothing at all. You can conduct a cost-benefit analysis to compare your options and determine whether to go ahead with a project. If you dont' know how to do cost benefit analysis, you can check this
