Looking for info on the MS Project exam 74-343

Does anyone have details on this exam? Study approach or difficulty of the test?

I really don't see very much about it online. The microsoft site has some areas to study which I'll follow but I was hoping for something more focused. A practice test would be great but I can't find anything online.
