Have you made your 2019 resolution?

Time is running so fast we need to set up goals and resolution for the 2019 to be better year and that depends on how you identify the level of success and achievement at both professional & personal scales.

This is also our KPI to measure at the end of the year what percentage has been completed

Planning and writing down the resolutions helps keep track of each one.

Last week I reviewed the goals I set for 2018 to see how many I accomplished. Not too bad. I updated for 2019. A few from 2018 carried over and then I added additional ones for the new year.

I hope all of us must have done the barf ...
