I have started a twitter account where is all about PM.
My plans is to build a network of PMs around the world that use twitter frequently or more or less frequently.

It's a great way to put quick thoughts, questions, resources and all that goes in our head at the moment. It's intended to be informal, fun and above all, very useful to share knowledge about PM

Anyone interested can start follow at:

Hope to see you there soon.

BTW, What the best book on negotiation you know?

regards,

One of the best books I think has been written on negotiation is
Listening to Conflict by Erik J. van Slyke

ISBN 0-8144-0429-4

Although it deals around conflicts it gives indepth knowledge on how to resolve it. Negotiation is similar in that respect. You need to create a win-win situation to achieve a positive result

For negotiations... I thought
Getting to Yes was helpful

Thanks for the suggestions for the book.

Robert, regarding twitter, it's for those who uses twitter as a tool to rapidly share thoughts and information. wouldn't it be great if we could have all these great conversations in twitter? In terms of accessibility, availability and simplicity I found twitter a great tool. Although I've learned that Twitter is having scalability issues, I still believe in its value for knowledge sharing.

my work network bans access to twitter, so it wouldn't be too good for me (and I imagine a lot of corporate firewalls will do the same)
