How do you lead projects? Which development lifecycle do you follow? What is project lifecycle How do you make effective communication among project stakeholders? How do you manage team? How do you convey requirements to team? Did any project fail on which you worked? If so, then what are the causes of failure? Saving Changes...
Most of the PM interviews I have been in as either interviewer or interviewee focused on two broad categories of questions: experiential and scenario-oriented. The former would assess the breadth & depth of a candidate's experience whereas the latter would assess what the candidate would do (or says they would do!) in a given situation.
