I'm managing a couple personal projects right now and, if I ever decide to document my PDU's, I want to compile the work and data that I've accomplished to date for that purpose. Can anyone recommend some practical steps to starting a project notebook for a beginner?

Templates, things to consider, pitfalls to avoid, etc...

All advice is welcome!

Thank you.

I am not sure but as far as I know, managing the personal projects has nothing to do with PDUs. For PDUs, you need to attend webinars, seminars and training sessions.
To document your project, you really need to focus on the nature of the project. Design the mechanism of change, documentation, reporting, etc.

AFAIK Some PDUs that you get from reading books, for example, may require proof in case of an audit, in the form of notes.

It's better to attend webinars on this website and all PDUS would be reported atumatically!!!
