We all hear about New Year resolutions and what we will do differently in the new year. But I would like to hear what you won't do in 2019. By stopping or reducing something that has been negative, it can sometimes be as beneficial as doing something that is positive.

There is a rule of thumb I have heard in many pursuits that where the eyes go, the body will follow. If you are driving a car and you want to avoid an obstacle, staring at the obstacle will make you drive right into it. Looking at the escape route will get you out of trouble.

In 2019, I won't focus on the obstacle. I'll focus on where it isn't. ;-)
Good one Keith.

Like Riyadh, I won't quite good coffee.
Like Rami keep participating in this community
Keep improving my cooking that is more and more vegan and gluten-free.
Keep doing my small in-house garden
A well-rounded and healthy list Vincent.

Thank you for asking Sante - I can see that you have a great list so far …
Briefly put, I want to be a better version of myself - focusing on the positive and eliminating the negative ensuring that I make a difference.

Thanks Amany. That's a good way to become a better version of yourself, by increasing positive elements and eradicating negative ones.

Surround myself with positive people and avoid negative ones... A way of increasing my own average of positiveness :)

Through example I intend to remind team members that we are all working towards the same goal at the end of the day. We are human beings and not robots.
