Which program is best for IMS management to coordinate JIRA with MS Project and why?

I'm looking for which program that coordinates between JIRA and MS Project would be best for maintaining a MS Project IMS file and keeping data between the two files coordinated. I've seen two that seem promising: The Connector and Ceptah Bridge. Does anyone have experience with one of these or perhaps another and can summarize which would be better and why.
