My company has several projects that run parallel with others and utilize overlapping resources. I want to come up with a process that better manages each project as a sub-project. I have general ideas of what I want to do and what I want to track, but have experienced issues putting it all together.
To accomplish my goal, I was hoping to find an informative training course, whether online or in-person, that provides training, step by step instruction, and best practice ideas for managing all of our projects and resources at a higher level.
Does anyone have a course they would recommend that they found to be helpful to revamp their process? Saving Changes...

Generally, you need to know the type of projects that you have. You may need to apply Portfolio or program management tools and techniques. If there is not any relation among your projects, I would suggest to manage them independently, but limit your resources by calendars. Saving Changes...

as abolfazl said, the technique differs from the management approach which is used to execute the project, but I believe that the learning process will present its self during the phases of the project, because projects are either new or trying to develop/improve something so the will always be some new to learn from every project. Thank you Karrie for raising this question.
Thank you Abolfazl for your reply. Would you please advise my following challenge in this regard?
First, I created a master resource including all of the company resources with their calendars( considering their non- working days and holidays) in the resource sheet of this master plan.
Then, I inserted the company's project as sub project into this master plan one by one without linking them to their original.
my question is: are the allocated resources to each individual tasks of each individual sub project in this master plan, following their individual calendars in this master plan ( provided in resource sheet?
My confusion came up when I have tried to check some of the resources randomly but could not find why they are over allocated.
Would you please share your thought on it?
To all: any brain storming in this regard is appreciated.
