Are these the signs of the times and a rather disappointing future for 'job security'?
It's devastating and unfortunate on so many levels.
what have we learned from this as an individual and as a community or nation?
For most of my professional career, I've long forgone the thought of longevity and job for life mentality. I'm sure I'm not alone in this thought, so should we be surprised? How can we minimize if not prevent the devastating impact of something like this?
