Dear PM Community

I would like to know if in the last six months, if anything that you have read in the form of either
Magazine
Book
Blog
Article
Certification Course

It could be anything in the realm of project management.

Has heavily influenced something in your Project Management Career. For example , by reading a book "x" or doing a course "y" you have improved your Negotiation Skills tremendously.

It will give me some valuable pointers on further improving my knowledge and skills as a PM practitioner.

Deepesh, I have recently worked with a very talented and passionate engineer. Project planning and scheduling is not only his career, but it's also his passion. The way he speaks about the subject, and his eagerness to share his knowledge and experience has sparked the exact same passion in me, and I have gained a lot more respect and love for what I do. So sometimes the people you work with can be an excellent source of knowledge and inspiration.

It can be different for you. We all try to choose books based on our interests and needs. We may find a book very useful but you do not. It has to do with your need and situations. However, I generally refer to PMBOK and every single time, I learn a new thing and it is like a window to a new aspect of PM.
