In my personal opinion, based on my personal experience, credibility is a essential quality of a project manager. To gain into credibility, integrity is a must.

Its a characteristic of any person. I did not get what you mean for project manager? PMs should be honest. Maybe there is point in your question. I mean, you are looking for a specific point that we can not get.
