My standard answer is to check the job boards (i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster) for the industries and regions that you're interested in, and see what kinds of certifications they require or prefer.
While the education is valuable, certifications are really about getting interviews. If you only spend $10 on a certification but it doesn't help your résumé, then you've wasted $10.
In my area, for example, the CSM is still the most widely recognized. Some people know what the PSM is, but few jobs are asking for it and I doubt the applicant tracking systems recognize it. The ACP only shows up sparingly, and usually for project manager (rather than scrum) positions. I've yet to see the ASM or SCM show up. Results may vary, so you need to do your own searches before making a decision. Saving Changes...
