what is Kanban Board ? How can i get the Kanban Board Templates ?

interesting discussion. I also have interest in knowing

Is somebody using it currently in their projects? for which projects. Specify the industry.
For which kind of work/projects it is always suitable? and if somebody has already started with other approaches when to identify it is now better to switch to Kanban

I concur with Kiron on this.

A white board and post-it notes is the best option, once you know the basics of Kanban
