Task to do in Project Initiation Phase

In the project initiation phase, besides creating business case and feasibility study documents, what other documents or task to-do? Please advise. Thank you.

Since you're not sure, I will do my best to try and explain to you:

It is not the length of the answer that determines the value of the answer. Project Initiation is not Rocket Science and many of our fellow colleagues above did weigh-in their input in a descriptive manner so it is unnecessary to keep repeating the same answer again and again but you can certainly emphasize what matters most and what not.

Identify project manager
High level requirements
High Level risks
Identify stakeholders
High level project schedule including all possible phases and their timelines

Although I think people have pretty much covered the basics and most of them are summarized in "The Charter", that is really high level executive summary type information. Prior to a formal charter, there is often additional data gathering and evaluation such as if a PD group investigates potential projects for hand-off to the PMO. That information should be collected as it elaborates on the summary level found in the charter itself.
