What is Dynamic System Development Model (DSDM)?

What is Dynamic System Development Model (DSDM)? Is it still in use in Projects ?

To feed my ego(hehehehe) I will say that I was part of the group of authors of version 1 and 2. At this time the method was "free of use" and there I was the pleasure to work with Arie Van Bennekum which time after was one of the Manifesto for Agile Software Development. It is an method for created software using Agile principles. Time after, it becomes as a method to create solutions (not only software) using Agile principles. In my personal opinion is the method that best fits with PMI´s guidelines and is widely using in Europe mainly inside the UK Government.

The certification these days has been renamed AgilePM® .
It defines a clear Project Management Team and a Solution Delivery Team . The BA is a part of both teams.
It also defines other roles like Technical Coordinator, Business Ambassador , Team Leader, Solution Developer, Solution Tester.
