Hi I recently asked if anyone would share with me a real life Project Plan. some of the feedback i got from all of you friends were very insightful. Some one suggested i do a Problem Statement and we can work together to develop a Project plan. Now i have a group of friends who are looking to start a small Savings and Credit Bank and i would invite all of you Experts to please help me put together the Project Plan for this.
I am going to share the Problem statement and hopefully i can get guidance on developing the charter, the PMP, and all subsidiary Plans. for me this would be a learning exercise and really hope that i can tap into the vast experience of all of you Expert PM's, and would invite possible mentoring and even conference call where possible. If you are able to give some time on this please respond to the post and i will share the Problem statement with you on email and we can work together to come up with a sample PMP.
